The list of those vying for the seat left vacant by the death of Senator Daniel Inouye will soon narrow to three names.  The state Democratic Party's central committee will meet today to let candidates make their cases, then convene in private to name the three finalists to forward to Governor Neil Abercrombie, who has the final say.
