Man Awaiting Trial on Assault, Arrested on a 2nd Assault Case

Prosecutors have charged a 39-year-old man with assault and criminal property damage in connection with a December 15th incident. Michael Miske Jr., part-owner of M Nightclub, allegedly assaulted a 40-year-old man at 3:45 a.m. December 15th and when a 41-year-old woman intervened, Miske's 25-year-old bouncer assaulted the woman. Both men were arrested yesterday.
